This luxury Basement development in St John’s Wood involved installation of a multi-zone audio visual system for the new Games/Bar area, TV Den and Study.
To control the professionally designed Lighting and Blinds scheme across these new areas, with its’ striking LED lighting, a Lutron Lighting and Blinds Control system was installed. For simple and comprehensive control of all of this, a Control4 system was installed which adds iPad/iPhone control. In addition, the system was also linked to an upgraded scheme for the main house that included a new Video Door Entry system, additional audio zones and data network.
